Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Typical delivery is within 5 business days.
Chronic Warrior purchases may be returned within 30 days of original purchase if the customer is not satisfied with their product or it does not fit.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Free Exchanges! We will pay for the shipping costs for an exchange process!
CLEARANCE ITEMS HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY!
All returned products must be sent back in their original new condition, unworn, and unwashed. Failure to do so will result in the item being sent back with no refund.
If the items are covered in excessive hair (human or pet) there will be a $10 restocking fee deducted from the refund.
We only allow ONE free exchange per individual order. If you order multiple items you must exchange/return them at the same time, if you decide you want to exchange/return a second item from that order after you already sent back one of them you must pay for the shipping costs.
Please allow 1-2 weeks after you have shipped a return for a confirmation email to be sent with instructions for a store credit or exchange.
Please allow 3 BUSINESS days (excludes weekends and holidays) for your return to be processed and exchange items sent or refund sent.
Refunds take between 3-5 business days to be processed back to the original payment method.
If you requested an return for store credit you will be emailed a store credit gift card.
